Sarah Bagg

Sarah has had an extensive career in the visitor attraction, leisure, and hospitality sectors spanning over 25 years.

Prior to her current role as a consultant, she used her knowledge of the sector at the leading ticketing supplier, TOR Systems, where she gained valuable insight into the digital needs of the sector. Now well versed in all aspects of the procurement of digital platforms, including Ticketing, CRM, Events and Membership Management, Fundraising, Epos, and access control solutions. Sarah looks beyond the technical requirements of the client, and uses her well-rounded operational and commercial experience to focus on the long-term needs of the organisation. Sarah believes in the importance in finding suppliers that are a cultural fit with an organisation, therefore her knowledge of suppliers looks carefully at common values and beliefs to ensure they are well aligned. The best match results provide an organisation with the tools to grow, whilst streamlining their business to allow teams to be more commercially focused and customer centric.

From her extensive experience as an commercially focused operator, she has become highly experienced in helping leisure, tourism, sports, hospitality, and visitor attractions to become more profitable, develop new income stream and attract, and retain more visitors. She has be a huge asset on many key projects across the sector, leading on two major museum capex projects at Chelsea Football Club, a refurbishment at Vinopolis Wine World Plc, the pre opening planning for Quest, part of the TVAC project, as well as several digital system procurements.

Following graduating with a BA (Hons) in Textile Design and Surface Decoration, the first experience of being part of a world class visitor attraction was at the Sydney Aquarium, Australia. Now working as a consultant Sarah specializes in income generation by building long term plans for growth, leadership coaching and mental health at work guidance and supporting organisations source and maximise their digital systems to support their plans.
